Does the G7 X Mark III shoot uncropped 4K?

Canon states 4K from the full width of the sensor. High digital IS crops. Firmware 1.2.0 added 4K/FHD 24p. About a 10-minute clip limit appears in third-party notes; Canon’s own clip-limit figure is not cited here.

Does the RX100 VII crop 4K?

Sony’s footnote says Active and some IS modes narrow the frame. Default 4K recording is about five minutes at Auto Power Off Temp. Standard. A High setting extends that.

Which has a viewfinder?

Only the RX100 VII. Pop-up 0.39-type OLED, 2.36 million dots. G7 X Mark III and GR IIIx have none built in.

Can I charge them from USB?

RX100 VII, yes, Micro USB, including while shooting. G7 X Mark III, USB-C. Canon specifies PD-E1 / USB-PD. Ordinary 5 V chargers often fail. GR IIIx charges over USB-C.

What are the US size and battery figures for the Canon?
